Revenge
The Phaecians' manners bothered Poseidon, and now they're helping Odysseus. So Poseidon turned one of their ships into stones and build up a mountain surrounding them to warn them to never help the travelers again.
Athena transformed the handsome and strong Odysseus into an ugly and weak man that everyone avoids in order to take a revenge on the suitors.
Barbarous/Civilized
When Alcinous said that he will make his citizens pay all the money that Odysseus's gifts were value. In other way, the citizens are the ones that gifted Odysseus, but the guests will be called generous and nice.
Epic Similes

It's comparing Odysseus's wait to a man that longed to go home after spending a day long with his oxen
It's comparing how the ship's prow was raised up to four stallions rush at the whip and race their chariot

Xenia
Eumaeus showed his kindness when he provides Odysseus shelter, food, and even lent him his cloak to keep Odysseus warm
Even though Eumaeus knew that Odysseus lied about his situation, he still helped him out knowing that harm could come to him from this stranger.

Eumaeus keep saying that he must listen to Zeus - the god of stranger and help Odysseus out showing how smart he is acknowledging the wrath of the gods
Slavery
Eumaeus could just leave Odysseus and go serves the suitors, but no because he's a loyal slave who always keep his master's things in place where none can take it away.

Xenia
Telemachus offered to take Odysseus home and dress him nicely if he wants to but he also want to protect him from the cruel suitors
Revenge
Odysseus and his son were smart to come up with a good plan to kill all the suitors by hiding all their weapons then fight them with help from Athena and Zeus
Barbarous
Eurymachus lied to Penelope saying that he will protect Telemachus while planning to kill him and get his treasure. The suitors also prepared spears and weapons to fight with Telemachus when he just got back from Pylos
Gender Roles
Odysseus told Telemachus that he shouldn't trust the women unless they show their loyalty because Agamemnon's wife brought women's faces down
