Measure three things, turn the rest into performance management things
If someone does 16 hours a week (64 hours a month) the current octopus average sales per month is 16. If we are paid £120, 40 to the sales team. £10 ambassador, £25 for the outreach, £5 for team building or bonus.
Payment structure 1) In a month, (64 hr) part time work, that would be £400 a month bare minimum.
-
-
Payment structure 4) If octopus paid £130, D2D gets £50 a sale = £800 for part time
-
Test it with lean model, and then assess if it should be salary after?

Octopus Sales staff are trained up as Area Managers with an emphasis on quality control and monitoring.
Club Together employes Community Ambassadors and Outreach Ambassadors and trains them on Octopus and Club Together values.
-
-
-
Club Together sets up a fundraising page on the Club Together website and inserts an Octopus tracking link to monitor sign ups.
-
The Community Ambassador gets involved with any groups directly relating to a cause (For example introducing themselves to parents for a school based fundraiser)
Community Ambassadors start putting up posters provided by Club Together within the community to increase awareness
2) Outreach Ambassadors door knock to raise awareness of the fundraiser and encourage signs ups to octopus to achieve the goal.
1) Outreach Ambassadors are briefed by their Community Ambassador about what cause we're fundraising for and how many sign ups to go
Members of the community hub will use the Club Together site to learn more about the local cause and sign up to Octopus via the specific cause page to fundraise.
3) Outreach Ambassadors work alongside Community Ambassadors at local events to drive sign ups to achieve the cause goal.
The Club Together 'cause' page will be updated by the Community Ambassador, and a thermometer will show the progress and encourage more sign ups.
Outreach Ambassadors rotate their work among several communities. They report to each community's respective Community Ambassador.
-
They can participate in or watch a cause being actioned, for example planting trees for a local community garden
