Online meeting advices
Keep everyone active, active listening:

Organize online activities and tasks that focus more on similarities than differences (different countries, different backgrounds...) = sense of belonging
ask other students to participate in the talks: discuss past experiences that can benefit the whole group to make people interested in the subject/ dicussion, give space for everyone
a way to fill social gaps is to start an online discussion in which they can get together before and after the online meeting: to exchange ideas and opinions

clarity in communication is essential by avoiding idioms, slang and references to popular culture
record interventions for later viewing: look for platforms, test them and ask the team for feedbacks
real-time feedback of information, to refine your knowledge of your audience. Take the temperature, to keep control.
