example:as part our goal to achieve 20% increase revenues in a year ,we will introduce a new product in each market segment in every 6month

TYPES OF PLANNING
STRATEGIS PLANS : define as the framework of the organization's vision and how the organization intend to make its vision a reality -- in 3,5,10 years -- provided by TOP LEVEL MANAGER -- serve as the framework for LOWER LEVEL PLANNING.
TACTICAL PLANS : MIDDLE LEVEL MANAGEMENT is responsible for developing and executing tactical plans to accomplish an organization's mission
OPERATIONAL PLANS : LOWER LEVEL MANAGEMENT is responsible for developing and carrying out operational plans, which are the day to day plans.
STANDING PLANS-drawn to cover issues that managers face repeatedly e.g policies,procedures,rules

b. Procedure - plan that specifies how to proceed in a spesific situation that routinely, indicates an instruction on how to complete task. Example steps that recruiters take to interview employees.
c. Rules - these spicific what must or must not happen. Example, wearing formal uniforms on every Monday
SINGLE USED PLANS - Prepared for single situationsor problems and normally discarde or replaced after one use. e.g programs,projects, and budget.

c. Budget - a statement of expected results expressed in numerical terms. Most commonly expressed in terms of money i.e Malaysia Ringgit,Rupee,Euro and Dollar
a. Programs - plans of action followed in proper sequence according to objective, policies and procedures.
