Habit 1
Be Proactive
Proactive people understand that sometimes we cannot have full forces on certain external forces
Focus on what you can control. Assume the responsibility
Reactive people complain about things that are beyond their control
Habit 2
START WITH THE END IN ACCOUNT
.
.
To get where you want to go in life, you need to have a map. you need to determine your life goals, your destination, and you also need a plan on how to get there
You need to make a conscious effort to where you want to end or other people will control your life and where it will end up going.
Define what you want your life to be like right now and don't let the past or anything else stop you. You write the script to your life. Nobody else. You are the programmer.
Habit 4
THINK WIN-WIN
This is a poor mindset, but people live with this perspective because most people have a scarcity mindset. Most people have a lack of abundance mentality.
This is not really a relationship at all. This is just getting what you want and not providing value to anyone else. It's quite selfish
We can share insights, gains and gains ... We don't need to crush each other, we can work together instead.
Habit 3
PUT FIRST FIRST
.
This is where we begin to examine our daily routine and habits.
Take the time to focus on what really matters and focus our efforts on what will get us where we want to be in life.
Habit 5
SEEK FIRST UNDERSTAND AND THEN UNDERSTAND
.
.
We all see the world through our own perceptions and opinions based on our own experiences
You cannot understand someone unless you really listen to them. Try to understand their perspective first. Try to understand how they feel and why. This is called empathetic listening
Most people do not listen with the intention of understanding. We listen with the intention of responding
Habit 6
SYNERGY
.
The idea behind this is for different people to bring different opinions, ideas, perspectives and strengths to the table
.
Instead of simply tolerating or accepting these differences, we should celebrate them.
Habit 7
SHARPEN THE SAW
.
As you continue along the path, you will encounter obstacles and backtrack once or twice, but this is necessary.
Old habits will knock you down, but don't give up. Keep pushing yourself and you'll reach new heights and levels of effectiveness. As you go, be open to self-discovery and be open-minded.
This is a life-long process that requires patience. It is not a quick fix, it will not happen overnight and it will be challenging.
