To Kill a Mocking Bird by Harper Lee – Life Lessons
Never judge someone :forbidden:
All people are different, so we must understand and know them before judging them, we must put ourselves in their shoes and understand the context, so never judge a book by its cover.
Treat everyone equally and with respect
We are all equal in terms of dignity, that is why we must respect other people without importing their characteristics.
Non-violence prevails :red_cross:
it is more noble to fight with the head than with the fists
Be true to yourself and stand up for what’s right
You must follow your moral compass and never portray them even if they are bad for others and never give up defending them
It’s a sin to kill a mockingbird
There are many meanings that give it, however, the most accepted is the one that considers the nightingale as an innocent and beautiful bird that does not hurt anyone and therefore there is no need to harm it.
Don’t take anything for granted
Nothing is certain just what you think and believe
Most people are nice when you really get to know them.
Remain calm and civilized, even when people are rude to you.
Think for yourself, instead of following the crowd.
People are not always what they seem.
It’s not okay to hate anyone.
Courage comes from within.
