Not all physician interested or agree in using telemedicine somehow they satisfied in face to face method in diagnose the patient
• Legal
Medical personnel are required to be licensed by the state. This licensed acquired time consuming and costly
• Privacy
Telemedicine requires greater concern with patient privacy and more complicated consent from patients
• Technical
Telemedicine requires high-speed, broadband media because the files transmitted may be so huge
