democratic rights
i am not a adult yet voting is sort of irrelevant to me
the canadian government have new elections every 5 years, so that policies can be changed and reformed.
fundamental freedom
my parents cannot suppress any of my thoughts
the government cannot arrest me by me saying "justin trdeau is stupid and a liar!"
i see media report negative things on Canada policies or political leaders.
minority language rights
semiahmoo secondary has the right to teach me Chinese if i request for it. they cannot say: "we will not and choose not to teach you"
equality rights
people treat me the same as other people with different appearance, family background, or religion.
i don't get more or less than other people
mobility rights
i can work anywhere, and the employer cannot say no because where i live.
i get to go anywhere and live anywhere i want.
legal rights
this is sort of irrelevant because i did not commit to any crimes .
if i get arrested, i have rights to call my lawyer
official language of canada
i get to speak french when ever i want
i can speak english all i want
