4) Key Messages
Key Messages are what you want your audiences to take away from your presentation. For example, if you wanted discussed brushing your teeth two times a day is healthy for you then you would underline this and go into detail why.
Keep your key message concise and clear. on another note try to not have too many key messages or have sub keys to connect back to the main key
Create a mind map when you begin and put down anything you feel connects to the presentation, then make a draft, ask for feedback after you have made a second draft.

7) budget
Some presentations cost money, you have insurances, travel fees equipment or research documents. These should be considered.
The speaker when invited to do a speech should weight in the cost for those and decided if it is worth it
Oral Communication
Oral presentation have three main aspects which are words spoken, tone of voice and non-verbal communication (body language)
Communication planning
1) situation analysis
Situation analysis is when presenting an oral speech or getting ready to make an oral speech you answer these questions who, what, when, why, and how.
who: who is the audiences? who will also be doing a presentation? who invited you?
What: what is the purpose of the presentation or goal? what is the topic? what are the key messages? what is the format of the presentation?
Why:why have you been invited? is there a certain skill that you provide or expertise?
Where: where will you be doing the speech? will it be recorded or published? where?
When: When will you be presenting? what time? How much time will you have to prepare?
How: How much time do you have to present? will there be a question and answer session? how will you deliver the presentation? will you have access to audiovisual equipment? internet?

8) evaluation
Receive feedback from audiences. hone your skills with speaking in front of people reflect on what went well and what did not. avoid making defensive statements and try to really listen to what was said about your performances as it will help you grow.

Communication is made of 7% words and 55%non-facial cues 38% tone of voice. Also communicators should say what they mean and mean what they say. the passion in which one talks about can be an interesting speech instead of having someone talk about something they do not like. it could come out very boring and monotone like.
