1. Absentation: Someone goes missing
The mother dies, and then the father dies after remarrying the stepmother, leaving Cinderella with only step family
2. Interdiction: Hero is warned
Cinderella is turned from a family member into a worker
3. Violation of interdiction
Cinderella puts on a beautiful dress and attends the feast
4. Reconnaissance: Villain seeks something
The first stepsister asks Cinderella what she truly desires
5. Delivery: The villain gains information
Cinderella answers her step sisters question and says that she wants to go to the ball
6. Trickery: Villain attempts to deceive victim
The stepmother tells Cinderella she may be able to attend the ball if she completes a task, though she doesn’t plan to ever allow that to happen
7. Complicity: Unwitting helping of the enemy
Cinderella believes she may be allowed to attend the ball if she completes her chores

The prince fails to catch up with her, and Cinderella escapes, but loses one of her glass slippers

While Cinderella is fleeing, her fine clothes turn to rags again. As a consequence, she arrives back home unrecognised
24. Claim: False hero makes unfounded claims
The Prince says he wants to marry whoever can put her foot into the glass slipper, so
the stepmother tries to pass off her daughters as the owners of the slipper to win the Prince's hand in marriage
25. Task: Difficult task proposed to the hero
Cinderella has to make the prince recognize her
26. Solution: Task is resolved
Cinderella is freed from her lockup and is able to try on the slipper

The slipper fits Cinderella

The bird sang to the Prince saying that the step sisters are not the right wife and thus, exposes her step sisters and mother as villains
29. Transfiguration: Hero is given a new appearance
Cinderella becomes princess and gets to stay in clean, beautiful clothing
30. Punishment: Villain is punished
The step sisters are blinded for the remainder of their lives
31. Wedding: Hero marries and ascends the throne
