The Problem: People aren't taking Mental Health with the seriousness it needs to be taken, most people just think that Mental Health can just be solved by "Growing Up". Juan Pedro

Some actions that need to be taken are that:

·People need to be educated better of the dangers of not having a good Mental Health

·People that don't have a healthy Mental Health need to be treated and accepted because even though they're not passing through a "lot", it might get worse and develop into a Mental Issue. Juan Pedro

Some opinions that get in the way are that Mental Issues have to do most with the person and the surroundings, for example Depression, the illness is about always being sad, and studies confirm that 90% of your happiness is generated by internal causes and only 10% by external causes, that means that almost all your happiness comes from how you see the world, based on that and other factors, people tend to think that Mental Issues & Health can be restores all by themselves. Juan Pedro

Our opinions about this are that: Even though Mental Health is mostly dependent on each person, it still needs to be taken with seriousness because we researched and known people who had poor Mental Health, and its something no one deserves. Juan Pedro & Anabell
