How to overcome Emotional hurdles- 1. Stop your meditation, remain seated in your posture and do deep breathing for few minutes. 2. In case of +ve emotional hurdle visualize a neutral image( like stone, ball, pebble of your favorite colour) or focus on your breath 3. In order to overcome -ve emotion, think of bright light, or visualize an image that makes you happy, like a sunrise, sunset by ocean, a form of your chosed deity , blue sky.
