Step 1 Decide Exactly what you want- One of the worst uses of time is to do sth very well That need not to be done at all. If the ladder is leaning against the wrong wall, every step we take just gets us to the wrong place faster.

Step 3: Set a deadline on your Goal, set sub deadlines if necessary.
Step 4: Make a list of everything you can think of that you are going to have to do to achieve your goal

Step 6: Take action on your plan immediately. Do sth Do anything An average plan vigorously executed is far better than a brilliant plan on which nothing is done
Step 7: Resolve to do sth every single day that moves you you towards your major Goal. Whatever it is you must never miss a day

17 FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION
The Multitasking illusion- After an interruption, it takes you 17 minutes for you to shift your total attention back to your task
Don't check your email, notifications in morning, Turn off the sound of your notifications, In case you want to see a mail- go in and go out. resolve to check your email only twice a day.
Work non stop for 90 min, take 15 min break , then work again for 90 min . And then after working for 3 hours you can check all your mails ,etc.
