At this point students and parents are likely to receive counseling. Less expensive special education techniques may also be possible, if testing shows that they are necessary.
Should a parent, not want to participate in counseling or test their child for a disability, homeroom teachers would have the responsibility of explaining why counseling or testing was necessary
