DIMENSION OF EMOTION
Variety
• Positive emotion: producing positive energy. Eg happiness, pride, love
• Negative emotion : producing negative energy. Eg sadness, frustration, fear

Frequency and Duration
• Emotion will last according to the feeling about something
• Eg employee tend to feel happy after he get promoted as a new manager. However, after two hours later, he received a bad news of losing someone he love in family- the emotion can interchange within a second.
