  - - - A person 1 who will solve the problem for random people who having a trouble, and it is the person's responsibility to solve so the person 1 will solve without getting anything back
      - A Leader who sacrifice to help their people even though it make leader helpless but the leader still willing to do it because it is the leader's responsibility.
      - A one student who is very smart and also a leader, have make a decision to help classmates, in order to pass the exam.
- - - - Because it include some planning that is complicated for some people to understand, and it is always difficult to understand when the smartest people planning for everyone.
    - - Because everyone is not the same for everyone, some people have different opinions, some people have follow different type of leaders, or society, there are multiple of society that have different people who follow it, which is why it's difficult to make that one person to get used into your own society, but it is possible but there's not only one person, so the number and difficulty is take a lot of time and struggle.
  - - - It may have some conflict or a big problem that people don't like to accept it, or it might due to about others error.
  - - - Characteristics of Leadership is to decide a correct decision for everyone, by any cases, it could be bad for some people but at least it good for most of the people, but if the leader try to help or convince to those people who feel it not right to them and change them to feel right, and if it still doesn't work the leader still also try another way to satisfy his/her people, that's show the characteristic of leadership, and it also includes sacrifice, patient and others that give the leader struggle because it is difficult to be a leader that have leadership.
    - - Because Individual have different opinions and point of view from the society, which mostly individual don't usually understand or get used to that kind of stuff, which struggle for them to understand and know the reason why is it, or why not, and yet it is not impossible to make them understand, but it is difficult and struggling for the individuals.
