reason of growth :!:
well due to the medicines the annual death rate in the cities decreases and the no. of births increased this was a major reason of the growth of the community.
as there were factories being made in the cities it drew the people from the rural villages to come in seek of jobs, which indeed lead to shifting to the cities with their whole family so it would be easier for them to go and come back from work or as they would call it more efficient.
the education system during that time in the cities were also what attracted the villagers into the cities.
