The conversion of 7 dyhydrocholesterol in the skin to vitamin D3

Should not given to patient with hypercalcemia
In premature infants
Dosage
upto 1 year: 400 iu/day
1 year : 600 iu/day
Storage
store at room temperature 20 to 25 degrees celicius

Familial hypophosphetemia
