Mechanism of action
Exerts smooth muscle relaxes
Blockade of muscarinic receptor in the GI TRAXT
Hystoscine butylbromide binds to nicotinic receptor which induces a ganglion blocking effect
Indications
Relive cramps in the stomach , interstitial and bladder
Ease bloating and spasms associated with bowel syndrome
Contraindications
Asthmatic patients
