mechanism of action
it inhibits both monosynaptic and polysynaptic reflexes at spinal levels possibly by hyperolarization of afferent terminals.
indications
they are for the alleviation of signs and symptoms of spasticity resulting from multiple sclerosis, particularly for the relief of flexor spasms and concomitant pain, clonus and muscular rigidity.
contraindications
contraindicated to these conditions;
confusion
schizophrenia
psychotic disorder
stroke
functional disorder of bladder neck
chronic kidney disease stage 3A and 3B
Storage conditions
stored at room temperature(20-25 degrees C) for not more than 2 weeks and keep away from children.
route of administration

can be taken orally

storage conditions
may be stored in a warming cabinet designed to maintain fluid temperatures between 35-40 degrees C
contraindications
it is contraindicated in patients with active hepatic disease such as hepatitis, because the drug can increase the risk of developing hepatotoxicity.
