自我介紹
- In terms of BD, I have experience organizing promotion events. I also attended an international conference during which I develop new programs with foreign partners.
- In terms of PM, I have experience managing programs from initiative to sustainability, regarding budget, forecast, execution and improvement.
- In terms of CRM, I have experience closely working with foreign partners, such as being the delegate to Nepalese partner for the last 2 years in my NGO job.
I used to prioritize mainly my part instead of the whole program. I just want my performance to be the best. So I didn't pay much attention on others progress. but when I found out that to run my program smoothly. I'll need not only my part done well but also others part. So I gradually put more and more effort on monitoring the progress of the whole program. And provide necessary help if my coworkers are in need. So I'll say my view is more comprehensive now.

- I want to be rewarded according to my contribution. I don't like seeing people contributing little but earn the same as I do. And I believe this is the way people get motivated. And I love working with moticated people.
- I love getting along with people. I'm good at listening to what my client need and mix it with mine to create a mutual goal and work on it together. So I can see everyone being happy in the end and it's awesome.
It's more like a pivot than a complete change. Because the 3 reasons for which I chose my last job in NGO were 1. where I can use English, 2. where I can go to the other countries, 3. where I can meet many people. So an international sales position can also achieve all the above, moreover, I can be rewarded according to my contribution.
1-1. Firstly, Beseye is looking promising. Your skeleton print tech is almost boundary-less and has the potential for countless application in terms of giving gadgets an eye and brain.
1-2. However, I believe there have been many competitors in this field and it will be crucial to differentiate from them to close the deals. So if possible, I'd like to know more about how Beseye is going to do to get ahead of others
- I'm actually inclined to work for bigger company because I want to have both small and big company experience. But I'd love to join Beseye because first I believe you will growth fast and second many of your staff had experience working for big company. I can learn from you guys too. So I'd love to give it a shot here.
- What's your opinion about working overtime
It all depends on what makes me do the overtime. In some cases, it's because of big clients and opportunities that I've been waiting for, then I'm excited to spend a bit more time to secure them even it's a bit late in the day. But if it's the case where nothing can't wait a bit. Then I'm inclined to keep it waited until office hour.
- I have a back ground in science, graduated from NTU department of microbiology. So you can expect me to have a sense for logic and numbers. Then I spent almost 4 years working in an international NGO. Most of the time I worked on 2 tasks, 1 is to coordinate developmental programs with local organization based in the other countries and take volunteer groups there to help people in need. 2 is to coordinate internal programs like marketing and training and process other assignment from our Executive director. After that, I went to Sydney, Australia on working holiday, in search of new horizon and being more independent in an environment i'm not familiar with.
