Process of :
- determining the task to be done
- who will do them
-how those task will be manage and coordinated
DIVISON OF WORK LABOUR
Breaking down a job
- The work must be divided among the members so that individuals are responsible for a limited set of jobs
ADVANTAGES
- Creates job specialization
- increase productivity
- the job given can be fit based on individual's ability.
DISADVANTAGES
- Higher degree of control
- Boredom
