Methysergide is serotonin antagonist
It acts on central nervous system

Used to treat episodic and chronic cluster headaches
Used to prevent migraine
Contraindications
Severe hypertension
Coronary artery disease
Severe arteriosclerosis
Phlebitis
Peripheral vascular disease
Cellulitis of the lower limbs
Pulmonary disease
Lactation
Pregnancy
Collagen disease
Hypersensitivity tothe drug or to the tartrazine
