Social
Access to healthcare
If a region does not have much access to healthcare, that may affect the physical health to others.
Gender
A gender typically has certain illnesses such as breast cancer that the other gender does not have to go through, and it goes both ways.
Language/Region
Depending on where someone may live, it may be possible that some people gain a discount in certain regions.
Religion
Certain religions do not allow certain foods to eat such as Hinduism not allowing meat, and some religions have a period of fasting so that they do not eat for that certain period, which is the case for Islam.
Social Relationships
If a certain social relationship is bad enough, it may be able to cause mental problems.
Economic
Income
With low income, the range of food that a person is able to eat decreases, and some cases leads to poverty.
Education
Without proper education, a person may not be able to acknowledge by themselves if the food they're eating is healthy or not.
Unemployment
Unemployment causes a drop in income, which then limits the range of food that the person is able to consume, and in some cases unemployment leads to poverty.
