The technique

How is played

  1. Length: 2 periods of 20 minutes. Break no more than 15 minutes. Extra time of 10

minutes.

  1. Time of attack: without limit time.
  1. Changes: unlimited, in any moment. In the stipulated area.
  1. Players: 12 players maximum, 5 regular first-team players.
  1. Time-out: 1 minute in each one of the periods.
  1. Start game: negotiate pitches and kick off with a pass.
  1. Allowed body parts in the game: all except hands and arms.
  1. Positions: goalkeeper, defender, winger and pivot.

Parts of the team

GOALKEEPER: we can consider it in its double function, as first attacker and the last defence in

its collective contribution.

DEFENDER: also called central player. It is located in the slowest positions, predominantly the

function of defence.

WINGER: right or left, as they play in one or other area of the pitch. They are specialists on

counterattacks.

PIVOT: it is characterized by its closet position to the opposite goal and that plays more time

back to it. He dominates its offensive and ending play.

The regulation

  1. CORNER KICK: made with the foot. Opponents at a minimum of 5 metres in the corner
    area. Directly valid goal.
  1. GOAL KICK: goal cannot be scored in a direct way. With the hand from any point of the
    penal area

  1. GOALKEEPER: if he touches the ball with his hands after a throw-in of his team à indirect

  1. ACCUMULATIVE FAULTS: those penalized with a direct free kick or penal. Up to a maximum
    of 5 accumulative faults per period.
  1. SECONDS RULE: if the kick-off is not executed in 4 seconds after the ball is in disposition

10.INDIRECT FREE KICK: dangerous game. Obstruct advancing of the opponent. Prevents that
the goalkeeper plays the ball with his hands, etc. Not valid direct goal.

  1. FAULTS: they are kicked-off from where they are produced. Defenders at 5 metres.

11.SENDING-OFF: double yellow card. Serious rude play. Violent behaviour. Spit out. Spoil goal
opportunity. Offensive, rude and obscene gestures or language

  1. THROW-IN: throwing with the foot from the concrete place where it left. Defender at 5
    metres.

12.DOUBLE PENALTY: sixth accumulative fault à direct free kick from 10 metres point. It
cannot be overpassed.

  1. OFFSIDE BALL: the ball only delimits it, out of the pitch
  1. CAUTION: unsportsmanlike behaviour. Disapprove with words or actions. Delay the resumption of the game. Do not respect the distance. Go in or leave the pitch without permission

13.PENALTY: penalty point at 6 metres. Players, excepting goalkeeper and thrower, minimum distance of 5 metres behind the ball. The goalkeeper under the goal. It is adjudicated when there is a fault in the goal area.

Technical actions

TACKLE: it is the physical-technical defensive action that has as an aim to meet the opponent that is or is going to be in possession of the ball, with the intention snatching the ball and preventing in this way the progression of the game, being the foot the contact surface to be used

CLEAR: when we move away the ball from our goal before a compromised situation, if the clear goes to a partner, it is an oriented clear

INTERCEPTION: it is every technical defensive action aimed at avoiding that the ball goes to its destination.

FEINT: it is whatever movement made with the body, with or without the ball, with the aim of tricking or distracting the opponent of the real action that is pretended to be done

DRIBBLE: it is the action of taking the ball through the pitch, maintaining its control and running over one or more opponents.

INDIVIDUAL DEFENCE: each player is in charge of defending a concrete attacker. The team talks before and they are distributed by numbers. Helps can be done in case of necessity, so there must always focus on the play, even though my attacker does not move.

COVERAGE: it is an attitude that the player who helps adopts placing at the back of the partner that is going to make a tackle, in order to be immediately in action in case of this being overflowed

SWITCH POSITIONS: it is when an overflowed player tries, as quickly as possible, to occupy the place or defensive function left by the partner that, in his help, goes to the meeting of the opponent.
