Woods - Case Types
Amendments
There will be no private hires in the system for April - so all cases should be kept open and in progress with woods as the brand and I will forward to Bill when they are back in the office.
Cancellations
All cancellation requests for woods are to be kept open and these will be sent to Jacqui on a weekly basis. This will be reviewed regularly to allow us to make decisions on May and June travel and if this is needed to be subbed out etc.
New Bookings
Brand New Bookings, Load and sell as KF (We are one group) and sub to regional providers as Woods is not running any vehicles The whole depot is on furlough currently so all work will need to be subbed.

Stewarts - Case Types
Amendments
There should be none or minimal private hires in the system for April and May however if anything comes in and we need to check the travel date then contact Linny - otherwise I will send her a weekly report outlining all amendments and requests (Please place all requests as in progress with Stewarts as the Brand)
Cancellations
On a weekly basis a report will be sent to Linny and Jaqui advising of any cancellations - if these build up then we will decide who at Stewarts we will bring back to clear the backlog - Put all cases as in progress
New Bookings
Brand New Bookings, Load and sell as KF (We are one group) and sub to Stewarts (If they have capacity) If not sub out to another provider. Speak to Linny SW if you need to know if they can service
