Immigration Policy- Mexico has proposed a bold immigration initiative that includes a guest worker program, amnesty for illegal immigrants, increased amount of visa issued, and movemental to an eventual open border. In exchange they pledge to tighten the border to prevent additional illegal immigration. The 9/11 attack caused the US to rethink the entire plan saw flaws in the security of these actions.
