Wine & Champagne: Wine usually uses wine as its main ingredient, but in reality, its main ingredient can be exchanged for various fruits, flowers, and even herbs. However, the wine has to go through the fermentation process, where the sugar content needs to go through this process, and then it is converted to alcohol.

from a blend of grapes. Example Pinot, Chardonnay made in Champagne. It also goes through the fermentation process in the bottle.
Vermouth - A sweet or dry wine vinegar that is flavored with aromatic herbs and is often mixed with other drinks for cocktails
