Cardiac: A comprised heart, blood, and blood vessels won't be able to function properly. They're there to transport nutrients to all cells and transport wastes from all cells

She is thin and yellow and no longer experiencing menses because her overall health status is malnourished.

I recommend this friend of mine stop this absurd diet, and be educated more than taking a multi vitamin to put her in prime "healthy" shape. It's okay to lack meat and or dairy as long as their is a safe and effective substitution. One GMO isn't going to kill her. But her new found diet just might!
