All players, except the keeper, cannot step inside the D.
If one of the players(except the keeper) steps inside the D, it would be counted as a foul.
If the player takes more than 3 steps without dribbling or holds the ball for more than 3 seconds, then it is a foul. Team players with the ball can also pivot after 3 steps.

If there is any kind of rough play there will be three warning and on the third warning the other team gets a free throw
Responsibilities
Referee - The referee's responsibility is to make sure that the game is fair for both the sides, and to prevent any arguments between both of teams. They are even responsible for pointing out a foul, afterwhich they blow a whistle.
Coach: The coach's role is to guide the team so that they are able to perform better. The coach will teach the team skills and strategies so that they are eventually able tow in the game.
Scorekeeper - The scorekeeper is responsible for keeping track of the score, so that there are no arguements between the teams
Timekeeper - They are responsible for keeping track of time. They point out when to start the game, and when to end it. If there is half time, they point that out as well
Ball boys - Their responsibility is to make sure that when the ball lands outside, it doesn't take a lot of time for the game to start again. They are responsible for catching the balls when they go outside.
