Being a vegan can be an healthy option, but in doing so, she need to make sure she is taking the proper supplements to replace the lack of intake of animal products
Without minerals, she could have issues with her bones, muscle movements, blood clotting, not producing enough thyroid hormone, not being able to heal potential wounds, and many others
Drinking "raw" water may be depleting her of the necessary minerals need for proper body function
Gluten is the protein found in bread, and if she is already not eating meat products, she will not be getting enough protein for proper body functions
Without the proper vitamins, she becomes more prone to high blood pressure, high cholesterol, being in B12, iron, vitamin B, calcium, omega-3 fatty acids, and zinc
To re-establish homeostasis, gradually including those necessary nutrients needed for proper function could help. Not saying that she should quit her lifestyle, but just make sure she's getting the right things for her body
