Biomes are important because they are apart of the food chain. They are different types of habitat areas for different types of animals/ plants who need a specific climate to stay alive.

Important to protect the environment so as to reduce destruction of eco-systems caused by a myriad of human activity. We should have a moral obligation for humans to protect the environment from pollution and other activities that lead to environmental degradation

Through preservation of the environment, there will be the protection of unique habitat and regional biodiversity. Because wildlife and vegetation depend on undisturbed natural areas for food, shelter and reproduction, we must constantly try to preserve the state of the environment.
