Parasympathomimetoc preparation for intraocular use
Mechanism of action
It imcauses vasodilation
It is a muscarine and cholinergic agonist

Attach filter before irrigating the eye
It should only be used after delivery of the lens

Flushing
Hypotension
Slow heart rate
Breathing difficulty and sweating

Intraocular route directly to the iris
Contraindications
Acute iritis
Acute inflammatory disease of the interior chamber
Storage conditions
Room temperature of 15-25 degrees
