Contraindications

Use cautiously in dehydration, volume or sodium depletion..
Adverse effects
Palpitations, peripheral edema, tachycardia.
Nausea, abdominal pain , diarrhoea, dry mouth, vomiting.
First dose orthostatic hypotension, arrhythmias , chest pain,
Erectile dysfunction, urinary frequency.
