Severe renal dysfunction
Preexisting gall bladder disease
Known hypersensitivity to active components
Hepatic dysfunction
Concomitant use with simvastatin, riplaglinide or selexipag

Increase the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol
Reduce high levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in the circulation
