The U.S. Supreme Court
The Supreme Court has the Judicial power to nullify and void any acts of Congress which violates the Constitution of the United States.

The U.S. Supreme Court has the authority to decide state court decisions in which federal laws have been violated. Example of case: Barron vs. Mayor City Council of Baltimore. The Supreme Court held cases involving local government and did not involve federal laws, was not the judicial jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
The U. S. Supreme Court will hear cases to determine if Procedural & Substantive Due Process rights of individuals have been violated. Examples of cases will generate from prisoners.
The U.S. Supreme Court will decide which cases are accepted after reviewing the case facts. Cases are sent to the U.S. Supreme Court on appeal. The Supreme Court has the authority to reverse decisions of lower courts involving cases of Constitutional rights violations.
The U.S. Supreme Court has been granted Judicial authority and review in accordance with Article 3 of the U.S. Constitution. The U.S. Supreme Court reviews cases in which Constitutional Rights and Federal Laws have been violated.
