Law
-Law is enforced based on written principles.
-Regulations by parties who have been given the power
-Teachers are responsible to know their own rights.
-Laws are created by authority.
Ethics
-Ethics refers to the discipline of dealing with what is good and bad.
-Duty and obligation.
-Ethical teaching practices create a positive atmosphere for the growth of students.
-Essential for students as well as teachers.
Liability
Teachers who transport students for school related activities may be putting themselves at great risk legally.
-Carefully following the school district's policies for student transport is imperative.
-When permission is granted from school authorities to transport students and district policies.
