Met up w/ an old friend & she looks super unhealthy, pale skin, fragile etc. About a yr ago she started following a celebrity diet and doing stuff based on unreliable sources on the internet. She is now vegan and consumes only raw foods/beverages. She isn't getting all the vit. she needs and her health is plummeting.
