Proposed Solution
Amy
The app will allow users like Amy to place their dietary requirements, therefore the canteen will not run out of vegetarian options
-
Gus
Similar to Amy, the app will allow users to insert Gus's peanut allergy, therefore there will not be cross contamination
The app can have an option to not only allow users to see their current balance, but allow students to top up their balance. (on their own)
Mr T
The app may have weekly polls that allow people to vote on what they would prefer to eat the week before, this will allow more food variety. With the polls, he can choose what he would like to eat, therefore he would be less indecisive on what to eat
For users who are similar to Mr T, and like to browse the app will not only have a menu, but it could have a search system for users who want to find certain items/food
