Lesinurad inhibits the activity of uric acid and transporter, inhibition of uric acid transporter there by increases excretion of uric acid
Indication
Treatment of hyperuricemia in patients with gout who have not achieved target serum uric acid levels

Mechanism of action
Colchicine has got the ability to block neutrophil-mediated inflammatory responses induced by mono-sodium urate crystals in synovial fluid, it disrupts beta-tubulin into micro-tubules and then prevent activation and migration of nuetrophils to site of inflammation.
