- - - - Students become confused when they experience a drastic difference between the two languages and cultures
    - - Students deny their language and culture,pretending that them are the same as the school's
    - - Students adapt to those new or different customs in the culture in which they perceive to have more in advance patterns
      - Children will asses each language and culture to adapt only the best patterns or customs to make them their own
    - - Students are able to make the transition back and forth from one language and culture to another
  - - - Cannot understand the accurate meaning of the material as English is not their L2
      - Cross cultural differences in teaching and learning expectations may precipitate awkwardness or discomfort among teachers and students, both domestic and international.
    - - Teacher's attention and time are diverted from the native students, since they may need more class time providing individual assistance
      - Having a hard adapting themselves with the environment
    - - EFL students still adapting to not only the L2 language but to the L2 culture. Hence, the choice of L2 materials are limited
      - Lack of vocabulary causing them having a hard time understanding the learning session
    - - They have less experiences of reading and writing in English which makes the transition to academic writing difficult
      - They are still in the process of acquiring the language
