Mechanism of action
Long-acting adrenergic alpha-1 and alpha-2 nonselective receptor blocker
Produces and maintains chemical sympathectomy
Binds to alpha receptors
Increases blood flow to the skin, mucosa and abdominal viscera
Blocks H-1 histamine, acetylcholine, serotonin receptors
