I meet up with an old friend and she looks awful. Her skin is sallow, her eyes are bloodshot and yellow, and her hair seems to be falling out. She seems frail, thin, and fragile. Her movements are shaky. She tells me that she is tired all the time, and has stopped deficating. She tells me that she has adopted a "super healthy" lifestyle based on celebrity diets and websites she has found online. She goes on to say that she is now vegan and only eats foods that are organic and raw. She even drinks "raw" water, which I can only assume that means untouched by man, so unfiltered, dirty water. She consumes no meat or animal products including milk, eggs, or dairy. She eats no gluten, processed foods, or cooked foods. She avoids GMOs even though she is not sure what that means. The worse she has gotten, the more potentially unhealthy items she has excluded from her diet. Lastly she explains that daily she takes a high-dose multivitamin, so she is sure she is getting what she needs. She needs some advice before she dies.

Drinking "RAW" water I can only assume is drinking dirty water. Because she believes that man is doing something corrupt to the drinking water.
Not consuming any milk (high in calcium) eggs (super high in protein) or dairy. Nor any gluten, processed foods or even cooked foods. Its not a question she is missing all the proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, and nucleic acids from her diet that keeps her alive.

It does not matter if she doubled her intake of multivitamins, this woman is going to die if she does not start trying to eat not only on a regular schedule, but regular meals consisting of protein, wheat, vegetables, some sort of dairy product, accompanied by plenty of water and carbohydrates and electrolytes.
Her first unhealthy choice was trying to follow website and celebrity diets. Its unrealistic to basically stop your intake of the things that keep you alive, because a celebrity or website told you it is what you need to do to be healthy
Downstream Effects:
This is killing her just as quick as not eating. Water is essential to life, and she is substituting that for basically a plethora of diseases.
This is the main reason she looks the way she does. Her body is basically deteriorating from lack of straight up eating.
It can result in worms and parasites developing in the gi tract and having the potential to infect other important parts of the body
