10: Some of us did not change a lot on responds from the communication style assessment/ the plays, loved those.

4: Being able to discover other's different sides. The majority of us thrive from humor, and it was refreshing to see other staff like that too.

Question 3: What suggestions or concerns would you like to share with us about the retreat? (10 participants)
6: I was disappointed that the retreat was at our office. It didn't have the same feeling outside our spaces. We can't label each other with one communication style.

3: This was oriented toward "fun" and I think more of this would be great, because it feels like a retreat and not just a work event because activities are work oriented. Great work!
10: To have the retreat elsewhere than HFC, like outside.

6: Integrate learnings into our meetings, consistency is needed to reinforce concepts.
7: Perhaps highlight how our communication style influenced/affected an interaction at a staff meeting?
4: Incorporate them into everyday work, at meetings, check-ups etc.

10: It seems that everyone agrees to say that they will change. Reinforce! Only works for one week! Work better at agreeing.
