He is a young poet and lover of Scakespeare who, when the war broke out,enlisted for patriotic reasons
He is an extremely sensitive man, for the death of his best friends Evans, during the war, after the war he is haunted by the spectre of Evans with headaches, insomnia and he is sexually impotent. His psychic paralysis leads him to suicide.

PLOT - SUMMARY
London 1923 Clarissa decides to organize a party for her husband so she goes out to buy some flowers for the party. During she goes out, in her house arrived a telegram by Mrs. Peter that tells that in the evening he arrived there was an old friend that asked Clarissa to marry her but she didn't accept. When she goes out to buy flowers she met Lucrezia and Septimus that was a man who had been in WWI and he has got mental instability because during the war he lost his friend, Evans. Septimus needs medical cures and his wife takes him to a doctor. When they are waiting, Septimus jumps from the window and dies. Mrs. Dalloway was informed of what had happened during her party and began to feel a connection with the death of Septimus
Clarissa Dalloway is a women of upper class , wife a politician that was a menber of english parliament. She is the symbol of perfect wife e doesn't have any children.
SETTING
The novel follows the protagonist through a very small area of London. The characters enjoy the sights and sounds in London, its changing life, its flavour. Clarissa Dalloway's party is the climax of the novel and unifies the narrative.
