In what ways have computers changed our work and lives?
Social
Long time before Youtube, Amazon, Twitter, and social media were invented people went outisde to socialize, they went to theatres, museums, public speaking outside, newspapers, book stores and libraries.
And when people do these things they usually meet someone and ask someone to come with you, and that way you socialize.
Economic
A lot more new jobs became available, and now work is mostly done with the use of internet. Most of the jobs require the use of internet.
People should know how to use computers and internet in order to get a good job, and be successful. Adverstising on social media, and internet is also a very big business.
Political
Before when there was so internet people use to gather somewhere and do public speaking about different political issues or problems, but now people use twitter, instagram and facebook to discuss politics.
Also a lot of politics are being posted on internet so you will always be informed about what is going on around the world.
Cultural
Technology and internet allows other people to share their culture traditions and information about their country, and that way other people learn about other cultures. They share photos, and everyone can see how beautiful that place is.
Everyone shares their stories about their culture, and people educate themselves. It’s always fun to learn new places and cultures around the world.
Ethical
Computers and internet affects how people see the world, and their moral choices and actions, lots of people copy other people bad decisions thinking it’s fun, when actually it’s not.
But sometimes people comfort themselves and find an inspiration and a person who they want to become, so they strive to be the best version of themselves.
three questions I wonder about.
How many jobs are there left that don't require internet and technology?
How many people are there left that don't use technology or internet at all?
Is there anyone who doesn't know what technology is, and that never heard of internet?
