Flexibility
I currently work a full-time job working five days a week from 8 am to 4 pm. This is one of my obligations I cannot compromised because is how I plan to pay my bills as well as fund my new venture. I'm also a mother of a seven year whom time cannot be compromised. Right now, I probably spent three hours a day watching videos learning my craft and planning my new venture. I'm more flexible on my off days giving myself a couple extra hours to network and actually practice my craft. I put in an average of twenty-five hours a week into my business.
Job Security
Job security is a must for us to be comfortable. In order for us to do I plan to sell wigs to the elderly, cancer patients, people who struggle with hair loss, and for people just like to switch on the daily. I truly believe my wigs making business will provide great job security for my family and I.
Physical Requirements
At this point, the only physical requirements I have is getting enough rest to work efficiently.
Investment
This will be a small family owned business. I would like for us to keep majority of the ownership. Therefore we will collectively contribute financially.
Expertise, Skills, & Preferences
I know couple of things I would need help with is coming up with a logo and package techniques. I want my logo and packaging to stand out as well as be unique to what my business has to offer.
Family Involvement
Yes I believe my family will be very supportive of my new venture. My sister and mother will help with shipping out orders. They will also pay a part in ordering supplies and keeping it organized. I already took out time to meet the needs of my son to ensure that he's not feeling neglected.
Lifestyle Business
This business for starters will be just to provide extra cash for my family and lifestyle. I don't plan on quitting my job. I just want to build something with the Flax name attached to it, so yes long -term legacy business. I can't afford to go without income so I do plan to keep working while I build and continue to build my business.

My plan for my business is to first start off online, which doesn't include a lot of travel. I plan to work from home; supplies will be delivered to my house and packed and shipped out as orders come in. I don't want to have to travel a lot because I feel it would take away from he time I have to make and complete orders
