Law 47 of November 20, 1979, Salary Scale
Wages
Article 3. The Educator's Salary Scale consists of 22 degrees, in accordance with the studies carried out (titles), functions, responsibilities and efforts inherent to the position.
Bonuses
Law 10 of July 5, 1994, amending and adding Law No. 47 of November 20, 1979, which establishes the salary policy for educators, and increases the salaries of educators who work in the Ministry of bonuses for educators who work at the Ministry of Education.

Education Guarantee
Article 90. Freedom of education is guaranteed and the right to create private teaching centers is recognized subject to the Law.

Article 91. Official education is free at all pre-university levels. The first level of education or general basic education is compulsory.
