Negative
Subject + Verb "to be" in negative in the correct form (am not /isn't/aren't) + going to + Verb in infinitive + Complements.
Affirmative
Subject + Verb "to be" in the correct form (am/is/are) + going to + Verb in infinitive + Complements.
Interrogative

Important
We use "will" for predictions in general and "going to" for predictions based on present evidence. Example: You'll be happy. / Look at these clouds! It's going to rain.
We use "will" for spontaneous decisions and "going to" for plans not yet formalized. Example: I'll buy our dinner if you can't cook this afternoon. / When I finish school, I'm going to spend a year in Turkey.
We use "going to" for plans as intentions and Present Continuous for plans as fixed arrangements. Example: I'm going to see Bob at the weekend. / Louise and Fred are getting married on Sunday.
