Comparison
Both wars represent a dystopian reality to humanity as they were worldwide wars. Both were marked in history, not in a good way. There were dozens, hundreds, thousands of deaths (even more). Suffering and injustice were always present either. In the end, civilians, most of the war's victims were unreasonably affected.

Treaty of Versailles
It was created with the goal of developing a treaty that would punish Germany and meet the goals of the various Allied Powers.
The Treaty included terms such as: the surrender of all German colonies as League of Nations mandates, the return of Alsace-Lorraine to France, and cession of Eupen-Malmedy to Belgium, Memel to Lithuania, the Hultschin district to Czechoslovakia.
How do these three events connect to the theme of the unit, "From Dystopia to Utopia"?
The three events connect to the theme of the unit "From Dystopia to Utopia" as all of them were created/formed or started around disasters and conflicts (a dystopian reality), but in the end, were "solved" (there was an end put into it) which can be related somehow to a utopian solution. Plus, all those events spined (somehow) around the WW2, which can be considered a dystopian scenario. Deaths and casualties were always present in all three.
